AMAR CURATED didn't start with a business plan. It started with a love for feeding people, my mom and grandmother's kitchen, and a refusal to do anything halfway. That's still what drives everything — the obsession with getting it right, and the joy of sharing it with the people in front of me. Every order, every event, every early morning and late night in the kitchen is a reminder of why this started in the first place. I was never just baking cakes — I was learning how to make people feel seen, celebrated, and cared for. And honestly? That hasn't changed one bit.
